such a great store with a great staff they are so friendly and helpful, they have a loads of variety available for almost everything. I am so happy with the services. A great place to shop from.

Bad experience. I purchased an LG airconditioner from Reliance digital, Pinnacle mall, dwarka, sector 10, delhi on 14/03/2022 and the sales person promised to get it delivered it on 17/03/2022. The delivery was made after 8 days I.e. on 26/03/2022. On 17th march they told that the AC is not available and will reach after holi. On 20th they told that the delivery truck is unable to reach due to some issue. From 20th to 24th March they told that the AC will reach within a day but every promises made by the Reliance personnels didn't turn up. They could have told truth at starting itself that the item is not available in store or it will take 8-10 days for delivery/installation. As confirmed from the reliance admin team, the installation should have been completed by 27th March buth it got delayed by another delay. However, the enginner installed the AC on the same day in which he was assigned the task. So increasing the rating from 1 ? to 2 ?

Hey guys....This is kind to bring you information about delivering a product! My relative Mr.Ramakar Kumar Jha has got fed up to call again and again just for delivering at home and it being 3 days already past, still waiting for delivery. The problem occurs with my relative to go somewhere after receiving the Fridge but still not able to deliver. They need to go somewhere as per is scheduled traveling but unfortunately plans got cancelled just for only not arrived as per the commitment. Management should make a right action toward the delevery policy and not to lie on delevery commitment which could be prompted a big problem to the customers! Rest everything is exceptional and outstanding exept delevery commitment... cheers!!

AVOID RELIANCE DIGITAL. SELLING GOODS WITHOUT STOCKS. On 13/March/22 purchased (proof of purchase receipt attached) a Samsung Refrigerator from Dwarka Sector 10 store. Every Model on display was out of stock, the salesman Mr Amit (after running in and out of the office to check availability) re-confirmed and assured for confirmed delivery latest by 16th March and promised to follow-up with warehouse and dispatch team to make sure it 100% gets delivered on 16/March but its 19th March today and still no signs or information on delivery. Called the store, at first no one answers phones and when I could get through someone over the phone they act so ignorant as if they have no information & the worst is the branch Manager Mr Deepak doesn't even bother to come over the phone or call back to update on the situation despite leaving end number of messages particularly for him, god knows what is he so busy with. Level of customer service is very very poor, every call answered by staff (if able to get through the phone) its told Manager is in meeting and delivery is on its way and would reach soon in hours (since 16th March). Doesn't it sound funny as they have been lying the same since last four days. Reliance management should look into this, If you cant handle the basic sale and delivery then guys you better shut down this store or train your branch manager and staff skill or get professional staff in place (don't know if its only this store or all other stores are same) before customers pull your shutters down. I wish I browsed through there other comments (many similar experiences shared by other customers of this store on google) before choosing to buy from Reliance Digital. My bad luck but now warning prospective customers to avoid. These multi outlet giants are fooling customers, I think it's better to support and buy from local retailers who would at least have curtsey to answer you or commit on stocks which they only actually have. Now when I am not ready to wait after understanding that Reliance Digital has been lying on delivery front, I requested for an immediate refund to which they are replying it will take a long time as approval of refund has to come from head office etc....seriously it is a joke. I bout this as a surprise gift for someone very dear, installation team has been calling them to come and install which shows how bad is the co-ordination of the departments and how shameful it is in front of the recipient for whom I purchased this. Seriously Reliance Digital has let me down and spoiled the entire charm of buying a gift (surprise gift) for someone. Shame on you the branch manager at Reliance Store Dwarka Sector 10 and the salesman who committed sold this to me and made the recipient wait at home (3 days off from work) just to receive the delivery of the product. Shall now register a complaint with Consumer Court and District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission.

Delivery and installation done on time. sales person was good. However little more info to be given to customer on card offers and no cost EMI. This will help customer like me in planning payment option or EMI option. Thanks

I have purchased lg ac from this pinnacle mall reliance digital Store firstly My product is delivered after 1 week later 2days happened i have not received any call for installation I am keep on following store people but no response from them...even after paying all amount of ac and installation in advance no response very pathetic customer service not to anyone buying products from this Store.
