Only Tarakeswar branch (including Arambagh and Goghat) trains pass through this station.
Station is not so crowded except Morning Shift. Calming environment around the stations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It a railway station surrounded by pond and green marshy areas. It's a very clean area. It is a part of cord line. Trains are available frequently. The ticket counter is not crowded and provides good customer service. The station is not too crowded expect in the morning and afternoon. Though, it need maintenance as the sheds and the drinking water taps are broken. After all a good experience.
