★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Singapore on 28th May 2019.We booked our package from Nassa Travels and it was an awesome experience.Everything was well planned nd organised.Even the staff is polite and they will guide you well about the placs.Will highly recommend it to everyone.Looking forward for more trips with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nassa Travels did a great job in managing our tour to Kerala.Although at first we had some issues with the car,Nassa travels was prompt to have it resolved and changed the car the next day.The hotels provided to us were also very good.The check-in and check-out at all our hotels was very smooth,and we got the rooms in the hotels which we were promised.Our tour manager was Tarush and he was quick to respond to any queries that we had.Had a very nice trip to Kerala and would definitely prefer Nassa the next time we plan a trip.

We also had no problems with any of the bookings at the hotel or with the rental car.The hotel was very nice. All of the information that you provided was very helpful. Overall, I think we made the best decision to use your company to arrange our trip to Manali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a family trip to th north east and it was an amazing experience. We had already fixed the date of travel but due to some unexpected reasons we had to shift the dates. Everything went smoothly and the entire trip was well managed. Very good hotels were given to us with excellent room service. the tourist drivers were themselves tourist guides and enriched our knowledge about the place and city and guided us through for what time would be appropriate to do things and told us of the best options for eating, shopping. Always on time, rather before and very polite with their dealing. a very memorable experience for me. Thank you nassa travels!
As in 2015, in 2017 we again asked Nasaa travels to be our tour guide and this time the location was Jaipur, Rajasthan. As their earlier service, this time also they gave the best of what we expected. Being a customer for the second time, they also had a small surprise for us which again made us very happy. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst trip ever. To begin with they do not give you what is discussed and asked for. Promise all but once payment is made are extremely rude and refuse to listen to anything playing around with words even giving all kinds of excuses about staff having left with whom discussions have happened ... Also be aware in their package there are loop holes please recheck the hotel asked for, and if breakfast and dinner is included or else you will have to spend on your own while they walk away saying it was never part of the package. They do not have a tour manager who accompanies you tie up with other agencies and hence these agencies are as rude as them. And well these people don't believe in making your holiday a lifetime memory but will do everything possible to destroy it... Extremely unhappy money, time and my special occasion all wasted ... Disgusting
