These are very difficult times due to Covid Travel restrictions - Monika - is on top of all the changing rules for each airlines and provided me with the right option to get my son to travel back from Canada to Delhi. She closely monitored the Airlines till the last min to keep track of the updates in the travel rules and kept us informed. She is a thoroughbred Travel Professional with in-depth knowledge of the trade. She is an extremely warm and Responsive person and will immediately be able to give the accurate answer to your queries - and not generic responses. I have worked with a lot Top Travel agencies and representatives and she clearly stand out with her deep knowledge and passion to do do her job well. My experience of working with her was a delight! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great pleasure to get our Kashmir tour planned by Ms. Monika. She was very helpful, planned our tour according to our budget, keeping luxury in mind. She was just a call away from us and made sure that we don't encounter any issues during our stay. When we visited Kashmir, there were few restrictions from Government, but Ms. Monika tried her best so that we can enjoy our vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travel Encore is very reliable source, you need not worry about anything, go ahead and get your tockets booked from them. We took a package deal for Kashmir for 16 people. Flight tockets and hotel bookings were done in advance by Monica . Had a comfortable stay and on time pick and drop from the airport, covered all the places mentioned in the itinerary including House boat stay at srinagar, gulmarg, pahalgam etc. Both coordinators from Delhi and Kashmir were really cooperative and helpful. Overall our trip was awesome, had a great time as everything was well organized. Thanks Monica and Saima!

When I was planning my trip I was very scared of what the experience would be like but after some conversation with Ms. Monica I decided to plan with TTE and after the completion of the journey, I felt that I couldn’t get a better experience from it.
