★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The association is very nice and a positive place to be. Our Vihang sir is very caring and awesome master. The association not only makes you physically grow but also mentally makes you more positive towards life. The martial arts course is carried in a well managed way. They work on the overall development of one's flexibility, speed and power. There various sessions and level which are planned , to make everyone ready for the street. Everyday we are pushed to perform better. Mandar sir also motivates and guide us in our training to do everything correctly. I am very grateful to be a part of this association and recommend everyone who wants make themselves physical and mentally prepared for the street should also join. Thank you.

Teaching over here helped to concentrate on my work and improved my health it is fun to learn here. It is an excellent place to start and learn!!!!

trainers are very seriously & carefully teach. Teachers are very good nature
All facilities are available for Gymnastics & Martial Art.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I freelancer, I wasn't able to get the required exercises in my daily schedule. I was excited to have learned about this class and wanted to learn Martial arts. Today, I am part of the course and I can say I made the right choice to contact them. Sensei ( teacher) is good at what he does and make sure the points are clear and I see improvement every week if not every day.
Highly recommend if you want to learn self defence as well as put exercises in your schedule.
