As always driving through the gates of NCPA ,to watch a performance or attend a talk ,is always so exciting.Once out of the car, walking to the auditorium across the lawns, the wind playing with one's hair...a look around at all the other people gathered ,a cuppa of hot coffee or tea if one is early...feeling the soft tread on the carpet ,looking at the pictures on the wall for the nth time ,meeting a friend by chance ...a little chat here ,a round of laughter there and then the doors open and one enters the hall to sit in silence watching, listening, applauding and getting lost for those couple of hours taking in the creativie genius on stage.Every single time NCPA manages to send me back home ,joyous ,calmed and already getting ready to come again.:)
