If you go to the office yourself to buy an insurance, they still add an agent name. The agent gets commission without giving you any service (corruption?). Remember to tell them explicitly that you do not want an agent's name on your policy.
Policy renewal is easier online. No need to waste time going to the office. Visit office only to get a new policy. Also, you get a discount on online renewal!
The building does have a parking but is usually occupied by the customers of showroom on the ground floor. They have created a selfie point there. So you are not allowed to park your vehicle there. Therefore, no parking.
