Received a reply from HDFC after 2 years. Reducing rating to zero if possible. Shameful attitude of HDFC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father (70yrs) went to pay the last premium of his pension plan, who was misguided by one of the sales excutive women and she invested his last premium amt in some other policy without any proper information.She literally forced him to buy a new policy. How worth was it ? Now his money is stuck in the new policy for minimun 5yrs. No action was taken on that woman...this is really shameful on the part of HDFC. The management staff is supportive and i hope they look into it... misguiding a senior citizen seeing money with him is a crime and investing his money without his consent is another biggest crime...
For completion of march end targets they cheat n provide wrong information.ppl be aware!! be alert!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken HDFC life 3D Plus for 1.25CR starting from Enquiry to Policy Activation there is Unprofessional People,
after Payment No Receipt was given , Medical Test was scheduled without my Concern and not even informed me for it ,suddenly got SMS from call centre at 4am for appointment and luckily I saw that msg and attended the test but the Hospital Location was 65km away from my place .
After Payment No single call, Mail Msg from HDFC life team, not even welcome call by company this is disgusting
I have asked to sign on Blank policy from and afterwards no any Update from team
My KYC documents also not Updated in policy document,
Nomination is not mentioned, how they will pay to my Family after me if any incident happened its Totally Fake, 3rd Class Company and how to trust on it in emergency case?
Its been 2 months Over I am taking lots of follow up for above things but no one is responding

Very unprofessional behavior by the team, I am highly disappointed and would never recommend Hdfc Life insurance to anyone...I'm stuck and waiting for my claim amount since 8 months... My father had taken the policy, he passed away 9 months ago...I have submitted all the necessary documents in the month of November 2020 and they had told me that the claim will be settled in 3 months only... Now it's been 8 months I haven't received any amount, they are just giving me fake promises... I'm seriously fed up now!! I request to higher authorities to please look into this and solve the issue "ASAP"... And don't force me to take legal actions against Hdfc life insurance..
