A working person or a house maker, a student or an unemployed, each one needs own self to cover oneself in medical insurance. Medical assistance may be needed at any point of life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the Head Office of the Company. However, this is the corporate office and policies are not issued here. Customers can intimate claim or issue policies only in Operating offices, which are, Branches, Divisions and Business Centres located all across the country.
Coming to the Head Office, it is a recently renovated office. Parking place with limited parking spots are available. It is a comfortable place to work. It is easily accessible from Maidan Metro station. Buses in most routes ply nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid premium for 11 years against insured amount of 4 L. After 11 long years we claimed 74K for a major surgery this year but we received less than 40K. Are they doing charity to us????
They don't bother to reply to letters and emails and the excuses are even more ridiculous!!
How can somebody stay in a private hospital all alone without an attending nurse after surgery??? No hospital allows families after visiting hours!! It's quite obvious!
They responded the medicine bills are not proper though doctor prescribed them.Do they think every customer is as cheap as them??
My family is disgusted with the services.They call you before insurance renewal and when it comes to provide services they run profitable money making business under the disguise of a medical/life insurance company.
Please be careful before buying insurance from them, remeber they will hardly pay you a penny.
