★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8 months ago, we have purchased the Embroidery thread doubler TFO machine from this company.Due to technical problems in the machine the thread is not running fully and properly. The thread is not running properly at the bottom of the bobbin. We are continuously complaining about the issue to the company from last 8 months and till now we have not received any solution from the company. Our company is based in Surat same as the National Textile Engineering Industries. We used to check with the company on daily basis but they are not answering properly. Very pathetic after sale service from the company.
