★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a call to pick up documents today between 8 am to 12 noon. Courier boy called me at 5. 10 pm to come and collect the documents within 30 minutes but it is now 7.21 pm. No one came so far. Very poor quality of service. Don't rely and change to other courier service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Pickup never happen to my address. They scan the products for formality. They don't know if the product cancelled or not. Scan sound is getting for cancelled products too. I request Ecom Express Head Office to develop this Branch and train the people working here. Also please arrange pickup at ' Suman Siddhi Apartment ' regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORSE SERVICE, THEY WILL DELIVER COURIER ON ON 8AM MORNING, AGAR AAP OFFICE PER MAGWANA HAI TO FIR APKO 8PM BAJE OFFICE KHOLNA PADEGA, POOR RESPONCE FROM COUSTOMER SERVICE, COURIER 3 DINN SE RETURN HORAHAI MERA.....VERY DISEPONTED WITH SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This courier company not eligible even for One star, agar apne delivery place Office rakha hai to you will expact delivery between 10 to 7pm but nhi they will send delivery boy on 8am morning, even next day i select time slot on their website between 12 to 4 PM but again delivery boy came on 9 AM, so i had worse experience with this courier company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the fraud occur in warehouse.recently i received a fraud product which replace by original very sharply and i sure this happened only in warehouse because from there my parcel movement stopped and when went to lodge complaint they did not lodge because of very silly reason that estimate date is war away. they wait to something will happen . i sure i will go to consumer court against this company i have all proofs myself
