I really like how they give me many types tricks nd tips every day diffrent diffrent type workout .I have been going for a little bit nd m already seeing a big change in my energy levls nd body The trainers are knowledgeable, experienced, accessible and helpful. The owner zin monica jain himself is a fitness expert and a active trainer. SHe is the soul of the fitness class He is always on the floor guiding, helping and training. One can see people of all ages come and enjoy their workouts. Be there if you haven't still and experience the fun of being fit.I loose 6 kg weight only in one month I m very happy nd change my inches ❣️thanku so much ma'am ?

It's awesome place and studio to learn how to dance and they have classes for the absolute beginners to the advanced. They are so encouraging and we have fun highly recommend.
