★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had canceled my booking at Natraj Holiday Resort (Bhimashankar) on 12.01.22 due to covid third wave spread; and I was supposed to get a refund of Rs.1000/- within 48 hrs, as per the hotel mail confirmation. However, I'm yet to receive the refund. I'm trying to reach the hotel over telephone and mail but in vain. The hotel is taking advantage of the fact that I had booked the room over the telephone and not through any third-party travel agent (like MakeMyTrip, yatra, etc.). Had I booked through third party travel-agent, I would have got a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location in between the way of shri bhimashankar jyotirling temple. real feels resort. room size was good but infra of room is poor, hygiene is low , but staff was supportive . Overall nice stay here having lots of enjoyble mouments with family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deplorable to say the least. The most unhygenic place I have ever seen or been to. Dirty bathrooms, dirty lenin, dirty waiters and completely unkempt. And ofcourse let us not talk about service. There is too much to say but dont wish stating it. Certainly not for stay and there is nobody responsible who could be talked to.
Very very poor.
