★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Ordered makki ki roti and sarso ka saag...makke ki roti didn't tasted a bit like makka and was a Missi roti and that too served over burnt that tasted bitter. They were not even courteous enough to serve fresh rotis. We could eat the food but we're charged fully.
I am so disappointed that will never revisit any of the bapu ki kutia outlets.
Don't deserve any star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and pathetic service we have ever experienced, Unprofessional staff they didnt even know that how cake is served they cut and served our birthday cake, food was also not good and overpriced, they charged extra for cake serving as service charges., I do not recommend this restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all. Happy with the experience. Today was the second time. After ordering food we were told to wait 15 minutes. But the time got extended more than 30 minutes. This franchise is a good one. The other places the service is fast. But in Katara its very poor.
