Their attitude towards patients is very bad. I lost my father here suffering from lungs infection. They never inform about patient recovery to their relative and never pic phone calls. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I was a patient for four days at this hospital, in full state of consciousness, my review would be honest and forthright to the utmost extent.
Doctors:
In terms of experience, guidance and medication , only doctor who is worthy enough for positive reviews is Dr Omkar , whose ratings and reviews are already there on this forum. Therefore, if anyone wishes to get admitted in this hospitals, better option would be to consult him directly at his clinic.
The other doctors specially those who visit in night and morning know nothing about the case and just do the formality.
FACILITIES:
This hospital claims to be a super speciality hospital, but does not even have a pharmacy which can provide medications in time to admitted patients. The medicines are distributed in ‘BIKANERWALA’ bags. Photo attached to the review.
The hospital does not even have an ultrasound facility and mints money from patients by tying up with Diaganostic labs and charging 1.5 times. They charged me Rs 11,000 for a doppler scan of upper and lower limbs, whereas the scan was done only for the lower limbs. On bring this issue up during billing, they adjusted the charges under some other head( thanks to their efficient TPA section head). Other scans done at the time of admission included expensive irrelevant scans to add to patient’s bill.
The nursing staff is unskilled and crude in their practise. I occasionally suffered bleeding while inserting canola. They did not know how to operate electronic syringe pump, and my son had to learn it himself on 3rd day for proper administration of dosage. The cleaning and nursing staff have a strong aversion to wearing masks and following covid protocols and they develop the same towards patient if he requests them to wear masks.
All COVID precautions that are followed in this place are in the form of an A4 sheet ‘ SAFETY FIRST’ pasted on each bed.
The hospital rooms are uncomfortable. They don’t even have a chair to sit on for the patient. Airconditioner and television remotes are being shared room to room specially in this pandemic scenario.
The quality of food is too small an issue to be commented upon in this forum.

I recommend that never go through this hospital for treatment its not a hospital its a money making staff please if you can save your life then never go for this hospital if you'll go then you'll feel regret definitely I'm sure. So that my pleasure to share reality that I have done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will not consider it as hospital. They have very less staff and because of it patient suffering but charges they are taking like big hospital. Reception ambience is good but as you enter into ward room you wil get a feeling of govt hospital, they didn't even clean spider at wall/roof. Some attendent and medical stuff are rude.
