★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady dr.is rude no manners how to talk polite,dont have value for others time and problem..patients r waiting for OPD but she is always late (30-40 mins).sunday opd rates changed ,staff give logic sir covid chal raha hai..staff always says bus abhi 5 min me aa rahi hai

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is a general hospital which takes care of most ailments. You can trust the Doctors and Staff in the hospital. The Staff is very co-operative and understanding. The Staff guides the Patients very well. The Doctors are very good and knowledgeable. Just a small feedback, the Doctors should also learn and improve the way, the Staff deals with Patients. I believe that if they do so then the hospital will grow further. A Patient just expects transparent treatment from the hospital. I believe that the total basic cost of treatment (including consumables, pharmacy etc.) should be same irrespective of whether the Patient has insurance policy. This transparent and standard pricing will greatly enhance the trust of Patients in the hospital. There is no dearth of good Doctors and good hospitals in the tier-1 cities. A hospital can create it's USP and brand by winning the trust of Patients. There is no better marketing than the word of mouth marketing. Just a suggestion from my side, I wish the hospital to keep doing the good work and grow further.
