★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience never ever go to this hospital. They don’t even have basic facilities like wheelchair. There is only one working wheelchair in hospital and another one is broken as I was told. And if you complain about it then Dr. Mrinalini Gupta who I think is the daughter of Dr. A.K. Gupta who is owner of the hospital starts arguing with you in very unprofessional and disrespectful way she was really rude to us. And after all that Dr. A.K. Gupta comes and rejects to treat the patient who was on wheelchair. And above all that no covid guidelines are being followed by the hospital staff like receptionist, chemist, nurses and helpers. Very bad experience I would not recommend any one to visit this hospital if you care for your life.

He will rejects all the reports that you have done and forced you to do lab tests from that particular laboratory from where he gets the commission. Staff members are also unprofessional. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a pathetic hospital where the owner is extremely rude and arrogant. They don't allow you to use AC in the room wherever they charge a bomb for that. No facilities there. There's no staff to take care on the top floors. They don't have a canteen. If there's an emergency then the attendent has to rush downstairs which is not possible for elderly people. Overall very bad experience. Will not suggest anyone to go there ever
