Good mnc Japanese company but misbehave diploma engineer and contract base forcefully work management company very poor....I personally 4 month work this company DET post manufacturing mobile battery and power bank ..,..

The job in this company is a perfect example of Modern Day Slavery.This company is all about few things such as: 1.If you really want to work here,leave your self-esteem and self-respect at the gate. 2.You'll have to leave your shoes outside before entering into the work area.Just keep those safe somewhere,they get stolen pretty often.I lost mine too,not one but two pairs. 3.Always keep yourself ready to face the red faces of your seniors for no reason.You'll get introduced to an atmosphere where even little kids roam around acting like a boss. 4.If you are a short-tempered person like me,this place is definitely not for you.Day-by-day,my patience kept on running out rapidly,so I left.If I had to stay here a little longer, I would've put somebody's head through the wall. 5.Also if you are fairly educated,think numerous times before joining in here.Put some more efforts in your education to get something much better for yourself because this place rarely respects one's education.This place might not deserve you. 6.Forget the fact that you have a personal life and space if you've already joined here.You might be called up for work on any day which is supposed to be a holiday in general. 7.Don't come here if your degree is on hold or in waiting.This place usually takes only +2 and diploma holders. 8.Contractors and their associates treats workers (yes...you read it right,workers,not employees) like they are stray animals.They also kick them out of their job anytime they want. 9.Company eats your extra 1 hour per shift and you don't even realise it even when you don't count the transportation time.For example-If your shift starts at 6:00,you'll be dropped here at around 5:20 and you'll have to reach your station by 5:30,same goes to at the end of the shift where you are supposed to leave your station at 2:00 and then you'll be made standing in rows in order to leave the work area and the bus will depart at around 2:30. 10.Audits are frequent in this company.Auditors scold seniors and they pass that rage onto the lower level employees and so on. 11.Quality standards of the products company produces are substantially high which is one of the few positive points that still exists somehow,but this comes with high amount of frustration and intensive work from the employees and workers while keeping their morality low. 12.Everything gets worse,if you work under contract,not under company roll. Well,most of the workers here are below 24,so it becomes easy for seniors to scold them. 13.People at HR department are really nice but seems like they have a limited or no authority over hiring or firing employees.And watch out for that big foul-mouthed Bengalan who usually roams across the office and production lines.I suggest you to keep a safe distance from her.She looks like her front buck teeth are really there to bite you anytime. Nobody told me this before I joined, otherwise I could've considered some other much better options for myself.Good Luck to everybody. Since the seniors of other departments were horrible,still my supervisors (Ashish &Hemraj)were the exceptions of a kind.But the truth is the truth and also Google was bugging me to give some "honest" opinions about this company for a while,so I did.

It is a best company for electronics student.

Visitor's area have not AC or even fan, in hot summer day u have not sit in visitor area.

Very poor management All new employees are treated like a beast.
