Gate security has an smartphone with gate app . You need to furnish some details. To let house details are at gate. One could call owner and check details. Property has good security around the clock. Has got covered parking. Ironing services available. Badminton court gym also open . Swimming pool is under renovation. Rent is quiet high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good apartment. Safe, secure and water available 24 hrs. I am extremely happy with helps during COVID-19 by the apartment officials by supply of essential items. Also the shop below was highly useful during the lockdown time in supplying essentials. Also space available for kids to play is a good option provided by apartment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor design of building. Few houses receives no sunlight at all. Swimming pool was never operational. Kids area is a joke. No walking area inside the society. Guard is available 24/7 but has gone lax due to his nature of job. However houses are great. Good wood work inside houses. Hospital and other facilities are nearby at walking distance. Over all.. good for visiting.
