★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless.. hospital. Dr doesn't even know what to do n she looks like unprofessional Dr. She'll ask one of the nurse what type of treatment to be given.. it never deserve for one Star too. On that they'll charge more as if they are surgeaons... useless.. don't put ur life in trouble..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good. management was co-operative, nurses responded well to our queries, duty doctor Dr.Abhiskek Tiwari was helpful And Dr.Ashok Nayak treatment was excellent. Only thing missing was a Canteen. Thanks for all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper facilities, nurse do have experience and behavior is too worst. One good thing is Dr. Knows how to do marketing for patients. Bill is also high.
Prefer not to refer any patent to this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving 1 star but they don't even deserve that. My relative got admitted in emergency But Dr. Nayak was not getting any clue what was the issue. Hence We asked them to discharge in morning. But they were so reluctant. I didn't understand why they were not discharging if they were not able to give correct treatment. Finally after pressing to much they agreed to discharge but didn't give any admission form and discharge summary. We were in hurry to take my relative to good hospital in morning so we left.
Letter we called them and asked for admission form and discharge summary insurance claim but they refused. After calling may time they agreed to give documents. Since we were far in other hospital from rajajinagar, we sent one of our friend to collect documents then they asked for bills saying that the bill is wrong and util they correct it document will not be given.
I don't understand why the patient and their family suffer for mistake of hospital. Wrong bill was hospital mistake.
Last but on the least Dr. Nayak does't understand the patient concern, he only think about money and how to make money from patients.
The worst hospital I have ever gone in Bangalore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and lazy staff. My experience was bad. I also noticed another family who brought in emergency patient in ambulance. Staff were informed to have ventilator support ready. When ambulance arrived, everyone were running around in chaos and trying to get things up and ready. Other reviews are very apt - unprofessional idiots sitting there. Also another thing - a old man was smoking just outside hospital door, I go and request at reception to notify him and answer is "we cannot help, we also get the smoke inside daily, even if we tell he doesn't understand and we can't force him to leave as he is owner's brother"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a lot of research on the hospital and is one of the good hospitals in the city.We have been visiting the hospital for treatment since many years. The head surgeon Dr Nayak is one of the best laparoscopic surgeons in the city and is a consultant in many big hospitals in Bangalore as well as a professor in medical colleges such as ramaiah hospital and vaidehi hospital. My husband and family members were treated here several times for appendicitis and viral fever etc. The diagnosis was always accurate and treatment was effective. The bill was less than most hospitals in the city and we were given a discount on request.
PS. I asked the staff about the negative reviews and was told that many of them were by Patients who refused to pay the bill and demanded the treatments be done for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had undergone a minor surgery at Nayak hospital three weeks ago, and I had a good experience with this hospital, the surgery went well and the staff was friendly and attentive. The hospital does not have a canteen, but since it suituated in market area food for in patients is not a problem.according to my experience I would recommend it for not so major surgeries.?
