I had a friend's mother who had to consult for hearing defect. I have consulted Nayak's Hearing Care Clinic at Wilson Garden. The staff were friendly and courteous.I appreciate their professionalism.

A down line in memory of this hearing impaired person
During 1992-93 Mr.Nayak started his clinic in Siddaiah Road, Bangalore from a first floor premises.
A new and not so heard profession at that time.
Took pains to educate people about the cause, treatment, and rehabilation of hearing impaired people.
Every day is his working day and weekly twice and thrice it is field visit days to meet patients at far flung areas through out Karnataka, Andhra and Tamilnadu.
Apart from Mr. Krishnamurthy from Hearing Aid Centre, whose travels are confined to Tamilnadu and to some extent at Bangalore and mysore,
no other audiologists practiced in private with such dedication.
Even today I remembers the trust of almost all ENT specialists during those days. He is a purists delight in practicing his trade. Be it audiometry, BERA, tymponometry, Mr Nayak is having final say in results/reports.
Mr Nayak took lot of pains to come up to this stage.
His articles in Kannada and advertising speaks of valuable tips regarding hearing and aids to assist. They were not marketing gimmicks.
He used to encourage budding audiologists and allowed them to flourish.
I met him as a patient first and later as a business opponent but stands defeated by his simplicity and friendly nature made me one of his admirer. He encouraged me like anything to spread hearing awareness at places I visit and allowed me to use his own audiometer.
As a savonier his first audiometer is still there in my possession.
It allowed me to grade the hearing impairment of several rural folks who cannot able to afford a proper hearing care to dream to have own hearing aid.
He religiously supplied at flexible terms which were dispensed at affordable price by me for which he stood warrentier of quality.
Now he may having chain of clinics, name and fame. But he is still simple to the core for his patients and clients.
He always talks about his dream to open his own institute to spread his knowledge and experiance to future generations to come.
May God bless him in realising his dream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. This owner closed down clinics in vijayanagar and Other locations after distributing hearing aids to several of the elder people leaving them with no service and support. His support staff are quite rude and not professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very professional and friendly. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and friendly as well. As a layman I had little to no knowledge about the various factors associated with deafness. The doctor and his team explained everything very patiently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady doctor(audiologist)was gud, I went there for speech discrimination test and audiometry,charges around 800, my experience with Nayak clinic was slightly gud as well as bad ,,when I tried to call on the given number ,no one received the call ,I tried several times for booking appointment ,,but the receptionist didn't answered the call ,later I had to go there to book appointment, that clinic is quite far from my area , and when I arrived there for consultation ,,the lady receptionist told me ,only cash payment is acceptable ,(she should told me this before ,when I went there for booking appointment ) , since I had no cash , finally they told me to deposit money online .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just test your ear with some device and sell you hearing aid. They say Hearing Aid has a warranty covered for 5 years. For whatever reason you go there to repair your purchased device they will tell you to buy a new hearing aid.
Staff are not helpful. Doctors are just passed out or very least experienced and not professional enough to handle the cases.
I do not recommend this place. I had a very experience. 2 stars because some doctors are cute although they are inexperienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My uncle who is 76 years old purchased earing aid from this place. For service purpose and purchase of cells for earing aid he goes there frequently. The toilet is pathetic. Too stinky, flush does not work. No place for patients to sit. Corporation toilets are better than this. I am putting this feedback, only because even after repeated complaints no one is rectifying it. Usually old people come here to purchase or service and toilet should be kept clean. Funny part is i tried to submit feedback in thier official website and feedback link itself is not working
