★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendliest staff and manager. During my daughter's travel abroad for studies, there was a lot of issues while paying for her fees due to my phone being new. But manager and staff helped me a lot and resolved the issue, inspite of me being with my daughter abroad.Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience. The deposit machine is outsourced. While depositing cash, Power cut happened and in order to get the cash back to my account the TAT is 3 days. Very next day was my Loan Due date. The bank official did nothing to get an exception neither tried to expedite the process to get my money back. Wonder why Bank like Axis can't have their own ATM machines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst branch and lazy persons are working in this branch. I went 2 times here to close my bank account (Which is a dead salary account )
They are not ready to listening the customer problem, they want to escape from the work. To close my account they are asking me to go home branch. But customer care people saying that you can close your account any where. Very bad experience here.
