Worst bank. I am made run to and fro from passed 7 months for the death claim of my father after submitting all documents. They nodal and head office people are also not bothered.

Vry poor service....staff over der are not at all interested to do work...they demself be talking or drink coff always. It as been 2months...and i have visited 4/5times over der but still i didn't get my ATM card i dont do wt to do

Except for the lady (from Kerala) who sits in the front, the manager is very rude. You are employed because of customers like us, so your aim should be to ensure customer satisfaction. THe manager who is a lady, speaks only in Hindi. We locals do not know Hindi. She refuses to speak in English too. The phone numbers on your website do not work. update it with a working number. Do NOT FORGET - It is because of customers that you people are employed.

If there 0 star, i would have gave that. No proper response for, 1. bank account opening. 2. existing account. 3. home loan enquiry worst old employees sent to work in this branch. They should improve

Sir,. / Madam . Bank services are very good. Since there are old (manual method) & new methods (app based , electronic,ATM ,) are available. Most of the customers are in old methods only . It is very difficult to educate them and they never follow the new method due to language and age related issues. If u introduce incentive scheme and educate and convince and build the confidence in operating it in new technology, They may accept and upgrade themselves. Otherwise it is bit difficult to manage routine issues regularly.Here the customer are from poor literacy to skilled software customers. Depending on the load and type of customers the day to day game changes. Hence some customer survey and solution is required from the top management. K S Venkatesh rtd. Engineer from KPCL.

I never give this rating to any places but this places seems to deserve it, as u can see from the other ratings as well. A simple task of opening an account has taken ages and still not done. Apparently we need to fill the details on the app and get the reference number. Even after this I still have no information how to go ahead coz there is some excuse everyday. It's been close to 15 days since I am trying. I hope this bank improves soon.

They freezed my account without my consent, then I struggled 1 months to reactivate, but after the activation I have been waiting for more than 6 months to get my Debit card linked to my account, w say its a very computerized world, but SBI is still remaining backward in terms of building the confidence among people.

Worst service ever that too branch manager she will not accept any cheques for rtgs or neft she will tell make it from internet banking some people won't have internet banking only and staff will be ready make a transaction but she is telling them not to do and her communication with the customer is more worst can't express in words....
