Zero interest from clerks to execute services.
It's like they're doing you some big favor by attending to you.
I have been to the bank 3 times just to get my phone number registered
They take your document and leave it in a drawer.
Worst behavior. Don't deserve our patronage. Even SBI does a better job than them. And SBI is not great at customer service. You can imagine what it's like for yourself.
