★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving it a 2 ? because people who works there are seriously very rude and intentionally ignores your call.......they should know that it's not an SBI, so private banks are known for their attire and steadiness but this behaves like some government office......

People sitting at the help desk seem rude and speak in unpleasant tone. They have blocked my account a number of times and every time they ask me to fill the KYC form. I have always confirmed the details required with the bank representatives and yet my account got blocked again.
Our class timing is 9-4 and their opening hours are 10-4. The only time i can go there is during lunch break (1-2pm) which is also the only free hour for other 15000+ students. Today i had a free hour after lunch break and i went there. There was only one guy in the help desk and I was waiting in the queue for 10 mins, and then the guy tells us that he is going for his lunch break and we have to wait for 30 more mins.
His tone and gestures were very unprofessional.
Just because the bank is inside the college, they treat you as if they're some kind of authority in the college. Worst customer service i have ever experienced.

This branch is almost busy University related work.
When ever I have visited there I got at least 15 minutes waiting time for a service.
Branch is busy during admission session in University. Not all employees are friendly or approachable in nature. It has 3 ATM machine in service in front of branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is crowded with people trying to get their work done but failing miserably.
The staff in the campus is extremely irresponsible. The worst part is unlike other banks, it is open till 4 only. Every day is a half day.
The bank was made to assist the gentry of Christ university. However, the bank closes as soon as the college does which leaves the student no time to get any help from them.
The bank sucks too. It feels like a community of orthodox angry people in a modern contemporary world. With their own rules and grumpy behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank is inside the Christ university building. Staff is customer friendly but the processing for a transaction is very very slow. Cannot depend on this bank wholly if you want to give a cheque and get the money on the same day. Very crowded place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been associated with the bank for almost 11 years. The customer grievance redressal system is really poor. I had to run to and fro for days to get my account back on track, which usually take few hours in other private banks. The internet banking is not up to the mark. Though money transfer is usually simpler compared to other banks, many needs to improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't answer calls. They're incompetent. They're lazy (which is a fact). And quite objectively speaking collectively have an IQ lower than what may be deemed appropriate for people handling money. They're hormonal and only do work when they feel like it. I don't think they should be employed and am surprised that they haven't gone bankrupt yet, which actually is quite an accomplishment for a bunch of unevolved flesh bags.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst and most horrible banking service I have encountered in my whole life. The people who work for the bank are lifeless and very rude human beings. Firstly they treat the students (who are potential long term customers of the bank) like slaves. They are extremely extremely rude and if you need any hell you have to beg them. Forget about students,they are rude and not helpful to their general customers as well. Seriously need to improve their service and be more customer friendly. This branch may hugely affect the reputation if the branches in other locations. I will for sure never recommend SIBto any of my friends or relatives.
