★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met Aira Wedding Planners 3 months before the wedding. I first thought 3 months was very less to plan everything and also me living in Abu Dhabi thought it would be hard to plan things as I will be reaching India only 1 week before the wedding. But I had a sigh of relief when Sarang and Archana told me they have planned weddings before in just 5 days.
From day one we had their full support. They have done an excellent job for our wedding reception. A hardworking team the whole team was brilliant! Our entrance way Aira have done was outstanding! The stage decor, the pathway to stage elements, the dance floor designs, the lights everything was AMAZING! It was a Magical Evening! It was the most stunning experience I've had , I'm not just saying because it's my wedding reception. It was truly beautiful! Sarang had so many ideas and helped me so much, their team was so professional! The team did a perfect job. I would highly recommend Aira Wedding Planners to anyone that are planning for their Wedding to make it the best of the best! They will put their heart and soul into it and will deliver everything what you need.
To Sarang, Archana and to the entire team of Aira thank you all so much! Keep up the amazing work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarang and Archana did an amazing job with my Sangeet and Wedding planning! Super attentive and nice to talk to, they put my parents at ease and took care of all the difficult stuff. They are capable of covering each and every aspect of the planning, so you don't need to put in any time looking for things yourself. They come up with great ideas with respect to themes and decor suggestions. They also have a keen eye for detail and have an amazing aesthetic sense. Grateful that my friend recommended them to me and I now recommend them to everyone I know!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the best. I will choose them in a heat beat. During the times of Covid and unforeseen situations they were so many changes. They were a blessing in disguise and they were so accommodating.
Sarang and Archana are the best people to work with.
I remember having a first meeting with them and I knew I wanted to them to manage my wedding because the vibe is so great.
Our wedding was so well organised and I didn’t have to bother about a single thing. Sarang went extra mile to find my hydrangeas during Covid situation to make our dream come decor true. The attention to detail is spectacular. Sarang’s stayed up and watched every single thing to make sure it was on point.
We had guests telling us they have never seen decor like this earlier and so well organised.
They are so creative, understanding and passionate. To be professional and friendly is a rare combination and they are all of that and even more.
I highly recommend them for your event. 5 stars don’t do justice to the work and results they deliver.

Our idea of a festive, intimate, twinkly event filled with love and laughter coupled with his exquisite artistic taste for every small detail made the event all the way perfect. He went above and beyond in every way, always responded quickly to my texts & calls, genuinely listened to our ideas, and was fantastically innovative with our budget just like a true professional. In these uncertain times, and a weather so unpredictable on the day, he kept us calm and optimistic while also helping us figure out a plan B. He is a hardcore perfectionist and was so meticulous (the stage decor color matched with our outfits ?) all the while putting our minds at ease so we could fully enjoy our day. Words can’t express our gratitude for everything Sarang did, and we formed a wonderful friendship along the way. Aira Wedding Planners is nothing short of amazing! Our wedding would not have been the fairytale wonder it turned out to be without Aira and their full efforts.
Sarang and Archie were absolute sweethearts since the beginning and made the entire event effortless and stressfree. They made sure that we both enjoyed our events and parties and were always a wink away for any help. We really don’t know how to put it in words but beautiful, just beautiful and an amazing couple running a very amazing wedding planning company.
You both know we will get in touch with you for our 10th and 25th anniversary as well! We don’t know what we would’ve done without you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aira wedding planners is an excellent wedding planning company that lives up to its commitment and goes out of their way to make your wedding a memorable one. What differentiates Aira from other wedding organizers is the aura they bring along with them.
During our initial conversation with Archana and Sarang they got an understanding of our choices, budget and expectations. After that it was a smooth ride, as they were extremely professional in their approach and customized everything as per our preferences. We don't live in India and the time difference didn't stop them from coordinating seamlessly with us. They were also always available when we needed them for advice or opinion. They were looking at improving and kept going till everything was perfect.
They deserve all the applause and more and I am glad we have found a reliable planner who we intend to call upon for all our future events. Lastly in addition to being great planners, they have become good friends. I strongly recommend them to everyone.

I have been following multiple wedding planners on Instagram but Aira wedding planners always stood out from the rest! I spoke to Sarang and I was so convinced that I didn’t even bother calling other wedding planners available in the market.He has been extremely proactive from the day I made my first call .Multiple follow ups were done from his side which made it so much easier.They understand your need and keep you updated with every changes.The attention to details is something I was very impressed.
