★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was suffering from redness and swelling ,blurness in my eyes , I visited Asian hospital but they given me anti allergic medicines , but it did not help me then I visited metro hospital they have done all test like eye's angiography, MRI of brain , but did not find root cause of swelling in eyes then I visited to dr avnindra gupta they diagnosed that I was suffering from very rare decease VKH Syndrome, treatment was very hard but he already told me that medicines have very large side effects, treatment is still going on but I am very much optimistic that dr will cure me perfectly. Thanks for care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad reception staffs, I have taken appointement 24 hrs before and they told me that your appointment no is First one, Doctor will come at 10:00 am but when I went there there were no people and I was informed that my no will come after two patients but when people start gathering there I was informed that it will take a longer time and all patients went in there but I was still waiting for my turn, very very bad staffs when I again checked with them after 60 minutes they said there is no such appointent no of yours and it will only come when all these patients will be checked so you have to wait only no options if you have any other options you can go there and get checked, otherwise you will be same queue tommorow also pathetic ND very bad behaviour of such staff don't know why doctors are managing with such kind of staff.Mismanagement everywhere, suggest people not to go after talking with these staffs, Doctor should take care of the appointments too if they really want to improve their ratings otherwise with such staffing it would bring down their reputation among people.

The reception guys is doing everything, from appointment- to checking number of your eyes. Plus, they forget you, you have to go and run behind them every now and then, than only your chance comes up.
Only one doctor and he revolves in four rooms, causing delayed consultation.
Also, you have to say to doctor to check one or the other things then only they check. No one checked my number of the eye. When I complained to the reception he said - "Sir bolna padhta pehly - aise check nahi karty".
Plus, they say to give cash, if you say you want to give Credit card or Debit - they charge 2% extra.
Simple greed of money everywhere.

Dr.Avnindra & Dr.Vibha Gupta have always assisted with all the care required right from basic test to cataract surgery & any other issues major or minor with utmost care. Starting from treatment to making patients feel comfortable, confident, attending to all their needs & answering all their questions, a very professional yet friendly relationship is developed by the doctors here. Staff is friendly and accommodating, facilities required for treatment are all available. I recommend this Centre & thank them for all the care & treatment they offer to their patients. A prior appointment is highly suggested since the place is busy and plenty of patients visit this centre on daily basis. Thank you !
