★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is ok but staff is highly unprofessional. Never give correct information. Either you have appointment or not you have to wait for 2 hrs atleast. They always give priority to only those patient who needs to undergo any surgery or known to thm. Not a worth to visit their premises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a worst doctor who is care less and believe me he is very very responsible to spread infections during COVID., and not a expertise in his field.as per timing I have visited for my wife for eye testing at 5:00 . But he along with his employees came at 5:40pm. no sanitisation no social distancing no care of crowd. Really DISGUSTING. But badly checked eye testing. As per him My wife eye number was +1.75 when we tested other place it came only 0.75.
Pls NEVER NEVER VISIT THIS DOCTOR. Your eyes are precious…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an old experience with my mother which I just got to know.
Her eyesight was not good lately, so I asked her if we should go to Dr. Bharti. She immediately became fearful and said no. Upon asking why such a strange reaction, she told me she visited their alone some time back for her far sight.
Dr. Bharti told her that her near sight is also weak. My mom told him that she feels no trouble in reading newspapers and magazines. Upon hearing that, he aggressively took hold of a book and placed it in her hands and commanded her to read it. When my mom was able to read, he hit the book to her head and rudely said "Do you regularly read books at this proximity?"
Which doctor, in his right state of mind, behaves like this with senior citizens? Does that mean it's risky to send our parents to him alone? Only if I came to know about this incident, I would have taken some legal action towards this quack.
The least I can do is make all the senior citizens and people of my age aware of how unprofessional and nasty this person is.
I so wish that Indian medical colleges soon introduce etiquette and moral classes in their course and make it a a compulsion so that doctors like Bharti never get to graduate.

He doesn’t even deserve 1 star, he mistakenly gave my mother 1.75 positive number instead of 1 positive number. On second consultations from multiple doctors, we got to know it was 1.
During covid the they have gathered so much crowd, no sanitisation, no social distancing.
On our visit doctor came 1hour late, time was 5 pm, doctor came at 6pm and then due to huge crowd, she did not have any time to attend, and even gave us wrong recommendations,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the centre with my mom and aunty. The doctor is very rude and so is the staff. He behaves like an illiterate person. He do not have the manners to talk to an elder patient.
Also the charges for the cataract surgery are very high as compared to normal eye surgical charges. He charges 50k for the imported lens. And if anyone asks for the brand of the lens, he does not tell anything. And he takes money from the patient in cash only. I advise everyone to stay away from such stupid people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to wait atleast 2 hrs bcz he comes late by 2hrs in both the shifts. He does not have any value of your waiting time. He do not want to answer your questions. Very arrogant.
If you are planning for any lasik surgery he is just only a commission agent. He will take money from you and send you to any Delhi clinic. If surgery was not successful he will not take the responsibility. So you have to fight alone.
