★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. My mom was not treated well. She wanted different frame and they were continuesly forcing the frame of their own profit. The guy who displays the frames and checked power was misbehaving and was pushy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst optics shop. Force their ideas irrespective of requirements. There is one staff who talks and pushes people and doesn’t know how to treat elderly, took my mother. She wanted a bigger frame he started suggesting designs she did not write and mistreated her and me. And worst quality products

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unsatisfied - Poor quality products and worst customer service. I got my specs made from them but they never fit me (poor glasses) and i ended up putting them in bin. These people dont entertain customer once you pay them even if you are unsatisfied with the service. Second time I bought a frame and asked them to fit my glasses in them and they didnt fit. They refuse to find any solution for my problem and asked me to put those unfitted specs even when I complained that I am having headache because of it. On the top of that they asked me to take a saridon.. Highly disappointed with their services and would give a negative rating to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My aunt had extremely bad experience visiting the shop. Sales person is adamant to impose his choice. He is not at all ready listen to customers choice. The behaviour of the person is rude and arrogant. I wonder what will be the after sale service. I recommend to think twice before visiting the store.
