It was alright. Small place. But yes, staff is cooperative. Had to wait though plus no parking place and got a hefty fine for no reason (parking fine)

Highly dissatisfied by the store service. Misleading information given by the store staff and later to cover up his mistake he offered 30% discount voucher. After we have confirmed our order he refused to give the discount voucher. Would not recommend this branch to anyone.

The staff is extremely rude and unwelcoming. They will treat you like you owe them and will misguide and will through all kind of taunts and insults while you choose specs. You pay them and they’ll ignore the delivery after taking money and you’ll have to visit store several times. ITS THE WORST STORE POSSIBLE

Lack of knowledge. They will not understand your queries easily. Inexperienced in work and presentation. Not at all professional. Especially the guy in beard has so much attitude in showing or explaining things. If u ask questions they will shove u to other executives. The branch is only working cause its name is LENSKART

Very very bad quality products . I have purchased 2 frames with lenses . 1 frame is already broken within 2months and 2 ND is about to broke . Lenskart has degraded the frames quality. I have been using lenskart for years but looks like need to switch to some other brand.

The staff is really what has me coming back ❤️?this location has great set of people they are wonderful and so sweet And always working hard!!! The employees are just so dam nice and great.... specially Store manager ?PRIYA .....

I took service from this outlet of lenskart & did not feel satisfied coz of the following reasons: 1. None of the staff members was interested to attend us. We entered and waited for several minutes with keen eyes if smone could assist us. 2. I noticed a weired attitude the staff members were having. 3. The spectacle I purchased got a crack after some days itself near the nose support. I went to this store as it was under warrantee period & ask for replacement. The staff member replied that they do not have the same frame available with them & when I asked she replied dat I can visit again after some days, I visited them again after a month & then again after few days, a female staff member finally replied me that they have no idea if the same frame will be available or not & suggested me to try at some other outlet of lenskart. The female or other members do not bother to call or inform me in between all these days, only I need to visit them to ask about the status of the frame. That was a careless attitude at their part. And they request you for rating when u purchase any item from their store. It seems that they just care for ratings only & after using their product if a customer is not satisfied & asks for further service which is under warrantee period, they make you run after them. It was clear that they do not care the hell abt. you. I also got fooled from their google ratings. They have really no care for our precious time, just begging for ratings, & their work is done. Lenskart should teach its employees to give better service to clients, if the client us happy, she will give the ratings herself, no need to beg for it. Lenskart is a brand & charging hefty amt. under this but offering low level of service to its customers. This was my first experience at lenskart. And I am quite disappointed with it. Now, please do not tell me to mark an email if i am not satisfied with d services. I am not dat free to first give u money for d faulty spectacle den keep running after u. I will better change d store than wasting my time on marking u e-mails as I have other important works to do in my life. Guys do not rate just after the purchase, take time & see their after service then give ratings. These guys r very clever & by this way more clients r falling in trap like us as we give 5 stars just after purchasing the item.
