★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish we could have other suzuki showroom in ujjain, they are like taking undue advantage of their monopoly.
Worst customer handling,talk rudely,always give time according to their wish for giving vehicle for servicing or taking from service as if everyone is free and only they are doing job.
I wouldnt have gave 1 star also but there is no provision for it.
Please buy from someone else if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a mistake buying bike from them. First they sold a non fit body guard for my bike then they said they will change as soon it will come and then it was delay of each week for the last 5 months it's just coming.
Service is very poor. It's just an eye wash. Don't give any concerns to your complaints. They will do what they want. Pathetic people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience !!! Takes ages in servicing the vehicle ! Staff is bad! They don't have anything good which an actual suzuki service center should have !! You better take your vehicle to some local garage to save time and for a better service.

These guys make your life as hell for two wheeler service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst in terms of services. Stuff do fake promises. N upper management is there to defend the lower staff. Same case wid owner too. Due to which customer suffer. No focus on after sale service. I would suggest to go for Activa or Jupiter is u want good after sale services. Had a really bad experience.
