★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it is a residential building where 1 bhk and 2 bhk and 2 seater PG arw available. it has 5 stories and divided into three block A, B, and C. location are too congested, but interior bare comfortable you will get PG and rental flats in reasonable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be aware of their words, they don't stand up to their words. They even say what's the value of words. It is possibility that they will not entertain written documents too. Be very clear with rents and other expenses and ask everything in written. The flat quality is also degrading and they will behave as if they are doing एहसान on your stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was good but there are a lot of hidden charges over there, actually when you decide to leave the PG then you have to give notice to any of the faculty members before one month of leaving, besides it, they deduct some undue charges from the amount you submit as security.

Rooms available at reasonable price
Mess food's quality is good
Spacious rooms
CCTV works
WiFi available
Cons:-
Electricity charge per unit is higher
Water cooler is only at ground floor.(usme bhi kbhi kbhi paani nhi rhta)
