Company's management is governed by novice who do not have any knowledge about how to drive business (All Retired Garbage type have been gathered in to the company and no use of them) and had no future planning for youth and those who are in mid of their career. Every employee of the company feels insecure about his or her job due to management's hiring and firing attitude.
There is no liking factor in this company. One of the worst company and horrible dream in my career.
MD, Prashant Srivastav of this company is very worst, bad behavior, abusing to employees, vendors and others. Given a grade like 3rd grade or 4th grade to this company is given a respect. horrible culture! Also company doing unethical practices. Better to do anything besides joining it.
Not a safe place at all for the female employee. MD Prashant Srivastav is very-very loose character animal…….
Keeps talking Bulgar and dual meaning interaction with female employee.
Unethical deduction, Tax, PF, Bonus and LTA deducted but not paid, settled or deposited to govt.
