★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Virtual Employee's Interview has been a hard nut to crack. Their tests and screening process seems harder than the ones Google and Cognizant level companies set. I went through 5 rounds of interview and an addition time based online test. It took 2-weeks for them to complete the procedure. Then finally I got an offer letter.
The pay is decent and company infrastructure is very nice. The HR and management is very polite so giving a 4 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a call from one of the hiring managers of Virtual Employee Company based in Noida Sector 63. She explained to me two roles. One was for Content Strategist and the second for Executive Assistant.
I told her I would be more interested in the Executive Assistant Role and then she started explaining the roles and responsibilities to me. The icing on the cake was when she said to me that I will have to keep my 10th class mark sheet and passing certificate with them for the first initial months as a sign of commitment.
No wonder these companies are failing at their usual course of action by fooling the candidates. I said no to her and my profile was immediately rejected. I am wondering now in what kind of world are we living in?
And I cannot recall when did I apply for this role?
Have people truly lost their mind?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interview process is very bad. They took 3-4 round. If you will crack 1st round then In 2nd round they provide assignment. If company don't want to hire that person then why are you giving them assignment. It's totally disappointing. It took time and energy to create assignment. It's really demotivated me. sirf apna work pura krwate hai managers, they are playing with the lives of candidates.
