How did you select this vendor?
I did an extensive search on the internet for companies that could help with the development of our project. OnGraph came up in my search and I knew there was an instant connection between us. I shared my project scope with them and they immediately contacted me to express their interest in our product.
Describe the project in detail.
Once I began the financial contribution for their service, OnGraph started the coding process. They delivered the code for testing in a timely fashion, as promised. Whenever adjustments were needed, they worked efficiently to resolve defects and submit another build.
What was the team composition?
The team collaborated well and working with Nikhil [Senior Business Development Manager, OnGraph Technologies] was truly a pleasure. He was patient, understanding, and guided me through the entire process. When the time approached to publish the app, Nikhil and his team worked diligently to assist with that process as I don’t have the technical knowledge to do it myself.
Even when adjustments were needed after the publication, Nikhil was responsive and delivered another build. He never expressed frustration but rather showed so much joy in working with my company. We even scheduled conference calls, and Nikhil showed me that our time difference had no impact on his work. He was accessible for the entire duration of our project.

It's good that they care about the small things like
- Flexible working hours
- Good management
- Activities for employees to engage with each other
- Providing opportunities to grow professional skills (now let me clarify it's upto the individual to either grab that opportunity or miss out)
- Skilled Employees. They have some really talented engineer's who work on services like Chatbots, AI, Website and App Development, etc.
- Bean bags (just kidding, but they sure are comfy)
That's been rewarding to Ongraph with the some of the lowest attrition rates in the IT Industry.
Again, this experience is based on the small amount of time I've at Ongraph Technologies. I'll share more once I spend more time here.

These guys are totally unprofessionals and fraud . I was in contract with this company for long term manner. They were responsible for develop and fix bugs . We were agree on we will do end to end testing and they will fix issue but when time came to fix issues they start making excuses. Company employee Vishal so called company VP who don’t even know how to talk with Client called me and gave me 1 hour for discuss issues . They took 4,5 months for development and gave me 1 hour for issue discussion. In 1 hour they discussed only 4,5 points which they want to fix they never told me it’s our last discussion or never asked me any other issues which are pending they just decided their self we are done . They wasted my time and even didn’t handed over code to me .
About work progress their company policy is any employee can take 2 days off in week ( according to Vishal company’s VP) so Saturday and Sunday is off plus they can take off 2 more days with in 5 working days so any one can guess what will be the progress of the work .
Any one who don’t wanna waste time and money stay away this company . Don’t go on fake reviews
