He understands problems of the employee and treat them as friends. This is personally my experience with this company. I had a family issue though couldn't work more but yes for sure I am always open to work with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased some shares of this company in year 2008 for more than 6 rupees and since 9 years, shares of this company are around 50 paise. Worst company. I can't sell shares because of huge loss and also can't afford to hold those shares. Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was employed in Newgen in FCS payroll. Worst experience. Do not join on the third party payroll. You will be facing issues in appraisal, appreciation, leaves etc.
I had the same experience and my other colleagues had same.
