This is a small company. Management behaves like a shop keeper. Micro management. Negative work culture. Infrastructure is not ok. HR talks nonsense. There is no proper processes followed here. Nothing positive. I can't refer this company to anyone.

I went for interview but seems the company is small. Employees mark their attendance by punching machine, So I think 9 works office punching is mandatory. I had my interview with Mr. Dharmendra Singh and he was satisfied with my answers. It was almost 1.15 hrs discussion and later I was told that there will be a VP round discussion for that Manish Nagar will co-ordinate with me. I didn't get any call from anybody afterwards. Simply careless HR / Recruitment team and processless company. I found the company is small. They don't have proper hierarchy and only those people can survive here who are good at bread and butter. So don't go for job interview here. It's simply killing your time as they don't have the budget .to hire senior resources.

Even after giving all rounds of interview, I wasn't selected and no one informed me the result. I tried calling and emailed many times still no response for more than 10 days. One day the call was picked up and they simply informed my candidature wasn't selected!!

Pathetic company. I went for the interview process on indore location. Position was for reacts developer but I was little surprised when the interviewer ask me one question and I have simply answer that but on next minute they just told me do you have any question for us. I think they just wasting time of yours. If you are experienced person , please don’t go for it.

Last week I had attended an interview with this company for the position of Software Architect. My technical round was very positive and I was told that there will be final round with the executive sitting in the United States. Simply it was a manager round in general. Now, when I joined the final round with the executive he admired my technical skills but also asked me whether I have any team handling experience in past and when I said 'NO', he said this does not mean that you are disqualified for the Architect role and in few minutes later he wrapped up the interview. I could not understand why an Architect needs to be a team handler? I mean, for this kind of the job usually there is a project manager and team lead in the IT company who takes care of development plan, deployment plan, resource planning, line management, cost estimation and many more. An Architect needs to be very much strong in terms of his technical abilities where he should have developed empathetic skillset to understand the customer need and use the trendy tools and techniques to design a sustainable and long lasting product which can be extended with the time without any major changes in the architecture. The Architect supervises the Project manager and works along with the Chief Architect or the C-Suite of the company. It barley matters if the Architect was a Team leader in past. I guess the company has not got the higher side of budget as my ECTC was INR 30 LPA for the Architect profile which is really less as per current market trend because the market is able to stretch the budget up to INR 40 - 45 LPA for the Software Architect role and thus being a small company they just decided to disqualify me. Not an issues. Well, I already have offer in hand from top rated Indian MNCs. I just joined this interview so that I could keep the momentum of interview continuously running in right direction.
