★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the projects by this builder is Neel Siddhi Amarante in Kalamboli.It seems he did not take the flat architecher seriously.The concept of hygiene is sacrificed in most of the flats.Some compromise is always there.Houses are oddly built.In most flats the kitchen is built in front of the toilet.If that is not the case, air from other's toilets enters your kitchen. Lot of place is wasted in terrence in phase 1 building without due attention to other rooms.Terraces are of no use.One has to bear the expenditure for covering the terraces.Hall is rectangular in shape and looks like a railway compartment after housing the dining table and sofa set and TV.The flats in this phase of Amaranthe need lot of reconstruction. Electrical switches and wiring are anothet headache.RERA should grow more teeth faster to account for such problems created by builders.Everywhere in Navi Mumbai houses are built with the same architecture that is buildet's choice. The kitchen faces the toilet.To avoide this we had to go for a three bedroom flat and open the kitchen door in one of the bedroom and seal the original kitchen door.Elsewhere too many builders have resorted to such unhygienic map of houses to cut down on plumbing expenditure. There are no options for the buyers.
Looking at this mayhem I feel that a trend for made to order houses should sweep across. Fortune can shine in this regard if people demand so.
This may not happen since people have a "chalta hai" attitude to way of life.No doubt we are a "Murdon ka gaon." Nothing can happen here.
