I am changing the rating from 1star to 3 Star as Mr Murali, the coordinator called and spoke in length of the ground situation at the clinic and the type of patients they receive. The good job they have been doing to the community since 2004. He also promised to improve the practices of hygiene. Hoping they will stand by the word and hygiene practices are kept irrespective of the type of patient they receive.

Mid Feb:
Doctor seems to be good. But hygiene sense is a big minus. My son had a panic attack and said he was finding difficult to breathe instead of soothing and making him calm she ordered for a nebuliser. With so much virus going around I was freaked out as they put the same nebuliser for my son from some other patient earlier who was coughing. After that asked him to breathe in a cover, medically might be correct but picking a random polythene from clinic was not good thing for me. Had to run away.
