β β β β β I showed prescription for a beaphar lactol (milk for puppy/kitten) and told them it was for my kitten (which was evidently in my hand). They gave me the puppy one instead and told be it works for both of them. I later realised that there a different one for kittens which they didn't have (i talked on the enquiry number). Since I had already opened it, I was left with a 1180rs of powder that was of no use to me.
They lied to me and sold me a different product instead.
