Instead travel by NEETA
They don't have facility if there bus have trouble.
We habe unnecessary waited more than 02 hours on 05/09/2021. Driver and cleaner is very urgont.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buses stops on main road and lead to traffic. Location also not convenient due to one way road and flyover. Too difficult to book ola uber and give them proper instructions to track the location.
Staff also not supportive if we book tickets online even though it's neeta bus travels. No proper seating arrangement provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus was late as always. Initially was told it's going to be non-stop but took unnecessary breaks during journey. Bus break liners malfunctioned. No alternative bus was available. Took an hour to repair. Dadar and Borivali passengers boarded same bus. Passengers transferred to and from other bus wasting more time of all passengers. One of the worst bus travel experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was Ok, With just 400, ac bus dropped me from pune to Mumbai.
I felt cheated, because they charged 400 bcoz the guy next to me paid just 350 and he was present in the bus & going far than me. When ghat arrived, I was unable to apply seat belt and little bit harsh driving in the end. Else bus was good, adding bus view which will give idea of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are selling tickets for some other bus, they charged me Rs 450 for tempo traveller size bus, we waited for 1.5 hours and then they start selling the same ticket for Rs. 300 to 400. Finally bus started, overall worst experience. They are very rude. And then at dadar they asked us to shift in other bus. I will never use wakad service of neeta again. Attached pic of bus we boarded and ticket.
