★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor services. Every time bus was 2 to 3 hour late. I told about the conductor that please start AC in slow condition. He answer very rudely. They didn't start the AC. whole journey we was travel without AC.

. It arrived half n hour late and on top of that during the journey of Nashik to Pune it halted at some shaddy restaurant. Very poor experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are currently travelling to ankleshwar, the driver has taken a detour to some isolated location. The roads are bad and full of potholes and he is gliding on this road at 60 to 80 km/hr. Their are old people who are getting hurt due to severe jerks. Women passengers are panicking due to the detour and unknown road and as usual the customer care is not responding. Bus no is GJ 36 T 7000.

They will never come on time at boarding as well as your droping point. The so called pilot and cleaner are rude.

But Neeta without even asking me shifted by booking into some others cheap travel where cost of travel was Rs.300/-
Even after paying higher amount have travelled in pathetic bus. This is nothing less of fraud from Neeta bus. Hopeless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus is continuously picking up and dropping up local crowd without tickets every 20 minutes due to less passenger.
4 hours from shirdi we are still in Nashik.
Paying higher amount to Neeta travels and still experiencing like a ST BUS.
And further Neeta bus from ahmedabad to shirdi on 3rd Dec 2021 was so dirty.
There was no cleaniliess and even the charging point were not working in both buses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I ordered a Neeta bus from Shirdi to Mumbai for 500 rupees, however due to a lack of seats, they shifted to Sai Travels, which is the worst service provider, but today Neeta Travels has betrayed the customer's confidence. It was the worst service I've ever received, and it was completely inappropriate.
