So if u have a flight to catch then Neeta Volvo will help you reach there in Ahmedabad Airport bang on time. They have their services from all over Gujarat directly to Ahmedabad Airport. 5 star for timing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was worst... Suggest not to go... In this covid situation they didn't offer sanitizer even.. morover AC cover was completely open... So due to AC flow I got cold and fever... Specially it is very risky in this situation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Never again booking bus on Neeta. Booked a bus departing at 9:30. Reached thetboarding point at 9:15. The bus was 2 hours late. Travel operator did not even inform about the delay of the bus in the morning. And now he says ticket cannot be cancelled. You have to wait for 2 hours. Worst proffesionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER NEVER NEVER travel with Neeta travels. They would not take any responsibility for their bad service. I called 2 officer they both are very rude and don't listen to me. My bus was 1.5 hour late and they don't inform me about that. Then I called for bus schedule and again I got rude behaviour as expected for them. After so many try they picked up phone and said thet do whatever you want to do . They said that if you have any problem then don't travel with our bus. So that showed that the officers also don't care about work and about owner person. They only find their own benefit. BADDEST experience. If it is possible then I would like to given nagative stars. But unfortunately it's not possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very pathetic service and staff is not professional. They are not punctual on time I was traveling from Ahmedabad to Rajkot. My bus departure time is 10:00 AM but it was departured on 12:00 noon.
They don't deserve even single star service.
Don't go with Neeta Travels Even though you don't have any options.

I had booked neeta volvo, every time bus not came on time
Either bus got cancelled or they change your volvo bus to normal sleeper bus
In covid situation they are not managing social distancing. I had booked single seat and i have to seat with other person
Government buses are maintaining social distancing
So my request to all customers to not book Neeta Volvo
