No one deserves to be treated so trivially as these folks are doing. I had booked bus from RedBus. Two days before departure, they changed the bus to small 24 seater from a Scania. Let me tell you this, I've also traveled in ST buses. This one was worse than that. We reached almost two and half hours late from the time we were supposed to reach Udaipur. Bus departed 6.15 (15 mins late) and was in the city till 7.30 (whole 1.25 hour i.e. 75 minutes to be precise). The driver would stop bus wherever it pleases him. If you're going and are traveling from Parshwanath, never book in advance. Never ever.
Story Two:
I had booked both up and down buses in advanced and unluckily, in Parshwanath both of the times. While returning, I kept Paras Choraya as boarding point (near some hotel). But the driver saw us and still kept driving for awhile. Almost 200+ meters. You'd have gone crazy over it. This was not enough, the bus never went in the city. It was 9.15 in the evening. Usually, all travel agency like Eagle, Neeta provide mini-ride to drop you in the city but it was not made available. I had to call a cab and it costed me 220 bucks to reach home. It was 9.15 p.m. and the office was closed 15 mins back. No one was picking the calls. The driver washed his hands off and kept insisting not to tell him anything and make a complain to office.
Both ways, my travel happened to be disaster as I choose wrong provider. Be extremely careful with these people.

1. Dropping point was satellite and they dropped me at shahibaug, and said it is last stop
2. Bad bus conditions
3. No space for luggage bags

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very costly specially if you want to book bus for your function. Not a good response on call. I went to enquire about entire bus booking but no good response. Like they are not interested in it. I was looking for booking volvo but their rate are very very high. They even don’t want to showcase bus pictures of you show interest in booking bus.
