There is transparency in the prices with no hidden charges. Over all wonderful experience n thank you Subhyatra for helping us enjoy a joyous ride to Tamini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are big time scammers. Do not book any buses with them as their service is pathetic and highly irresponsible. They provide the worst service and I wouldn't even give you guys 1 star for all the trouble you caused us.
Story: I booked a tempo traveler with them for traveling to Indore from Pune for my wedding.
1. On the day of travel the bus didn't arrive on time even when they had promised it because of which our complete schedule was missed.
2. Immediately after going out of the city the driver demanded 5000 cash from us. He stopped the bus in the middle and refused to move the bus. We had to call the owner in middle of night to settle it for 1000 rupees. This wasn't informed to us that we had to pay him in the middle of the journey.
3. While in Indore, we asked the driver to drop us to the wedding venue which was 5 KM from his location. He denied saying the bus will not move. We had clearly informed the owners that we will require the bus in the city but they denied. In the middle of the event we had to argue with them for taking us to the venue.
I understand that drivers can do all this drama at the last minute, however all we wanted was a good support from you since we paid a huge amount to you. And managing the driver is your headache not the customers.
