★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please I request whoever wants to go fir rent in Neminanth Palace please ve very xareful, the neighbors are worst, they treat very badly.
Especially in 7th floor the female named deepti she and her family will fight for small things even if stand out fif our house she will shout.
No respect.top of it the building is haunted.
Please be careful.
They first Saud we can have oets but later
They created ruckus..
I stayed there fir 16 months horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peaceful society. Amazing views of the airport from the terrace. Almost all restaurants deliver food here via Zomato and Swiggy.
Close proximity to Military camp makes the locality little safer. The area is on a little elevation so rain water is drained quick.
Upcoming metro stations -
1) Santacruz Metro - 1.7km
2) Vidhyanagri Metro - 800m
Good connectivity via highway and near to BKC and the airport.
