Tq doctor ur a wonderful. In my whole pregnancy journey I just enjoyed it a lot.
Also the nurse who as t.c us like a sister miss Lasica really u did a wonderful job without any single pain how softly you handle for injection ivr or fluid. every time you made my day yar,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk staff is not at all professional. I had visited them on 12 Jan and Dr. Arti Priya suggested for a procedure on 15 Jan. When I reached the clinic front desk told me that Dr. is not available as she came early and left early. Nobody from the front desk called me to update about this and when I asked about it they said they tried calling me but I didn't receive the call. When I showed them my call history they said call was not connected. When I asked them about sending an sms they have no reply. I will request people to double check about Dr availability because I feel there are no defined hours for Dr here. They come as per their convenience and do not bother about patients inconvineince.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good setup with plenty of doctors from varied specialisations under one roof. Pharmacy and diagnostic centre is also in the same facility. When we visited for some reason there was lack of staff and nurses were also receptionists. They had lit incense stick in the waiting area and this might not be best for patients with respiratory problems in waiting area.

Nobody at reception is aware of this. Infact they also told that they would charge 150₹ for follow through but you are saying it is free for the first 5 days. There is inconsistency in what you are claiming and what the people at reception say.
Infact if such a clause is present, it must be clearly mentioned on the consultation form/ report. There was no mention of this. There was no indication of the follow through must be completed within 5 days anywhere in the reception area. Please check it again..
The reception people could have shown it to me today but there was no such guideline any where. I can share you the pic if needed!
So I paid a consultation fee of 600₹ (which was told by the receptionist as 150) where it was free. Thanks for this ?

Dr. Ritu Chaudhary. She is one the best in her field. After prenatal, we are still coming here for our daughter vaccination and other health follow up.
Doctors and staffs are very cooperative and well mannered.
