Once they take your advance money and know that you are trapped, they start asking for more money to even visit the site and start the work.Bunch of irresponsible people running the company. NIRVI SHAH ,the cofounder of the company tells us that her team "over committed "before taking the work.Once something is told while signing the contract,they need to adhere to it, cannot simply say we over-committed and we cannot stick to that,once you take our money.She blocked all our numbers, not taking the phone calls and not returning our hard earned money too.I see a lot of reviews in google where they have done the same to so many people.we need to file a police complaint against these cheaters and see to that this company gets black listed.BEWARE BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM THE ADVANCE.Without any shame they will eat your money and stop taking the phone calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given zero star if that was an option. Bunch of unprofessional cheats running this company. No one from the founding team is a professional landscaper. They don't pay their team honestly or fairly. They hire people for a month after giving them high value package & later fire them before the month is over without giving a single rupee, saying "you're not performing well" or "you're not bringing us profits". Don't go to such unethical people to work or even to get your work done. Their prices are 60-100% higher than market rate. Check with your local vendor before giving them order. A BIG AACK-THOOO FOR SUCH A FRAUD COMPANY!!!

We had the option to choose according to our budget. Irrespective of how small or big the budget is of the client, they had a lot of options to choose from and offered premium looks in the finishing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neo roots landscaped our garden space beautifully. We had a tight timeline but they accomodated us and did a very good job of it!! It's very convenient that they provide 3D designs before execution. Their horticulturist shenba helped us pick out all the plants based on our requirements and plan the space well. Sharath who was our site manager made sure that everything was taken care of and the timelines were met.The founder Nirvi was also always available to us especially when we had a few hiccups and helped us resolve everything quickly. They also did a couple of complimentary follow up visits to maintain and do quality checks on the plants, and their horticulturist chaithra continues to be available for us for over WhatsApp for any quick queries. .it was a good experience overall and we are glad we picked neo roots to do our landscaping. Would Highly recommend!
