★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, I have purchased a property in neo square in 2018, at that time it was shared that it is almost at its final stage and obviously it is still under construction. However, to my surprise i noticed that they have put certain illegal points in my mou, the draft which was finalized is different than the original document. One of the biggest illegal point is they say that if i delay in payment than I have to pay 18 percent penalty but no penalty on builder and crm says this is standard.
Second, the marketing committed assured returns and same was mentioned in draft document but was removed from main document and now the crm says that it is not in document so we cannot do anything although there own marketing is saying that yes it was agreed . There are several more such illegal points like they do not have any construction completion date and they mentioned 48 months from payment, which is idiotic as every payments would be diffrent based on buyer.
A bit late but i researched about neo later and it seems the owner has several show cause notice. They have now starting accumulating funds by opening another project although this one is no where near completion.
At the time of payment they said everything is sold out but now crm says that my shop is in phase 2 and would not be delivered, please take shop in phase 1 ( was it not sold out ) ?
And idiotically i paid full payment here, which they confirmed they would not refund. Please if your money is hard earned please do not put in this project as they cannot deliver it. You can check rera cases for the more derails on builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Especially in NCR big builders or small builders are born to be cheaters and dishonest, their fundamentals are the same, to cheat their investors and customers in some way or other but they just forget if your foundation is not based on trust, goodwill and integrity, you are bound to fail sooner or later.
They are also the same, they will try to sell something earlier with false promises and lies and later will give you something else so be careful with your investments with them.
