★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All Wrong information said before boarding. Irresponsible agents.. Overall nestaways reputation has gone down! Very bad customer satisfaction.
Reason:
On the check-in date , Just 1 cot provided for entire room.. though the agent promised to give 2 cots before booking.
We denied to checkin untill we get 2 cot.
For 6 days no reply.. all that we were doing is escalating to higher authorities.
More over, even without check-in they charged 6 days rent.
It almost took 3 weeks to get refund. !!
